Meet Phil, a sweet and gentle soul who loves to cuddle and be chill. Although Phil is an older kitty, he still enjoys gentle play and lotsa lovin's! Phil would be happiest in a calm, quiet home where he can relax and enjoy the company of his humans. If you have a nice high perch near a sun-soaked window, Phil is your special fur-baby!
