Pet Details
Hi! I'm Cooper!
-Cooper, is a" barn cat", which means that he prefers to live outdoors rather than in the comforts of your home.
As a rule, barn cats are not well socialized with humans and prefer to keep their own countenance at a distance from people. Barn cats can make wonderful companions for those who own farms that have other outdoor spaces like a barn, shed, or warehouse. Barn cats even enjoy sharing their "barn" with other cats. As a perk, on some occasions, barn cats even become friendly.
Barn cats are good mousers, however, still require your care with the need for fresh food, fresh water, and a reliable shelter where they can escape the elements and be protected from predators. In return, they will protect your property and deter unwanted pests.
"THERE IS NO FEE BUT A DONATION IS VERY WELCOME"
All barn cats from MCH are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and sometimes ear tipped as a visual representation of spay/neuter status. If you are interested in providing a suitable home to Cooper, please email us at info@midcoasthumane.org for more information.
