Kitten Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing
Join us on Sunday, November 30th from 1:00pm – 2:00pm for Kitten Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing!
Relax and enjoy the company of exuberant and adorable kittens in this restorative yoga and sound bath class at Live From Love Center where they believe yoga is for EVERY BODY. This class will include gentle yoga stretches with bolsters and blankets, accompanied by sound bowls and chimes and the ultra healing frequency of soft kitten purrs.
Absolutely no experience is necessary as this is a gentle yoga class. Stretches are floor-based and guided for ease and comfort on toasty radiant heated floors, using plentiful props (all provided!) You can expect to gently stretch to find your own best supportive position while cuddling and socializing with a new litter of kittens, all the while being lulled by the soothing sound of crystal healing bowls. 60% yoga, 100% kitten loving fun!
This class takes place at the Live From Love Center studio at 145 Waldoboro Road in Bremen. Space is limited and registration is required, so sign up today!
