Customer Care Associates – Brunswick
Customer Care Associates model excellent customer service and execution of processes including but not limited to admitting stray and owner relinquished pets, counseling for and processing adoptions, processing and matching lost and found reports, processing returns to owners and scheduling and admitting pets to Midcoast Humane. They provide exemplary customer service in a fast-paced, sometimes emotionally charged environment with competing priorities and foster a spirit of goodwill and trust between the members of the public and Midcoast Humane, ensuring that staff deliver exemplary customer service while advocating for the pets in our care and in our community. Thrift Store Associate
The Thrift Store Associate provides exemplary customer service in a fast-paced environment at the Midcoast Humane Thrift Store located in Boothbay Harbor. They will be responsible for organizing, tracking and accounting for donations from the public, assisting with valuing donated goods for sale, processing sales transactions accurately, and more. Feline & Small Animal Care Technician
Animal Care Technicians are responsible for providing safe and sanitary conditions for animals and people by assuring all animals’ nutrition, housing and basic needs are met on a daily basis. Responsible for providing friendly, positive interactions with potential adopters meeting animals available for adoption and working cooperatively with other shelter staff and volunteers in a fast paced, potentially high stress environment.
