All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are committed to making it right. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the defective or damaged product.
  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. We may request the return of the defective or damaged item before issuing a replacement.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email with your order number, details of the incorrect item, and photos. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider’s real-time estimates and your choice of speed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates, and while we will make every effort to meet the stated time, we cannot predict delays based on weather, stock, etc.
