Marva Nesbit of Lincoln County Television recently sat down with Midcoast Humane President, Mary P. Sundeen, for a ‘Community Conversation’ centered around the organization and the state of animal sheltering in Maine.

A wide range of topics was discussed, including animals abandoned at the shelters, how the pandemic has affected Midcoast Humane, the future of sheltering and even stories about Marva’s own dog, Nico!

The interview can be seen on the Lincoln County Television website by clicking here.

When you visit the website, please consider making a donation to help Lincoln County Television during this time. Their revenue has been dramatically impacted by the pandemic, and they are in need of the community’s support to help them weather the storm.

Many thanks to Marva Nesbit and everyone at Lincoln County Television for giving us the opportunity to talk about our mission and share our resources with community.
