Kitten Yoga!

Join us on Tuesday, April 22nd from 6pm – 7pm for a beginner yoga class featuring an adorable crew of kittens! These kittens will pounce and play throughout the class, providing extra stress-relief. This type of Yoga is called Yin Yoga, where poses are held for longer periods of time, given kittens plenty of time to snuggle up on your back or curl around your arms and legs. All proceeds from this event benefit the animals of Midcoast Humane.
The class will take place in the Community Room of our facility at 5 Industrial Parkway in Brunswick. Space is limited, so sign up today!
