We’re thrilled to participate in the Brightfield School’s Makers Market on December 11th! We will be onsite selling merchandise, and we will also be there with a bundle of adorable, adoptable kittens! The kittens will have been spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on their vaccinations.
This event is meant to be dynamic and joy-filled, and will help students learn about finance and economics through the process of both organizing the market and acting as vendors at the market. The students invite you attend as well with their description below.
“Join us at the Brightfield Makers Market on December 11 from 2:00 to 5:00 at 340 Oak Grove Avenue in Bath! Brightfield is a place-based education school, and the third and fourth grade class is hosting this Makers Market while learning about crafts and economics. Students and local craftspeople will be selling awesome handmade crafts, such as felting, sewing, weaving, pottery, and more! We will also be hosting an exciting raffle, and there will be some delicious food and drinks! Come to our Makers Market, and help to make people happy and build our community! We hope to see you there for an amazing and outstandingly spectacular Makers Market. While at Brightfield, you can visit our indoor and outdoor classrooms and learn more about place-based education. All are warmly welcomed!”
