1. Opened our new building at 5 Industrial Parkway in Brunswick
After 72 years of working in outdated, inefficient, and less than desirable quarters, we moved hundreds of animals, dozens of people and tens of thousands of pounds of equipment and tools. Come visit us!
2. New, state-of-the-art medical clinic
The clinic in our new facility is designed to meet our shelter pets’ needs on site: X-rays, dental work, high quality and high volume spay-neuter, and bloodwork.
3. Significant increases in adoptions
Between our Brunswick and Edgecomb shelters, we’re on track to increase the number of pets placed in new, loving homes by more than 1,000 pets compared to 2021.
4. Welcomed back the community
We nearly tripled our volunteer base, added many new families to our foster program, and restarted local business volunteer days.
5. Reunited pets with families
We’ve returned hundreds of animals to owners who wondered if they would ever see their beloved pet again.
