Douglas is a 1-year-old, larger-than-life dog with a personality that matches his big head and even bigger heart! This charming guy made the journey from Georgia to Midcoast Humane after receiving heartworm treatment, and now he's ready to start the next chapter of his life.
Douglas is a high-energy dog who loves to stay active and would thrive with an owner who enjoys outdoor adventures, running, or long walks. In his previous foster home, he worked on his manners and showed great potential. He did well with their dogs and with plenty of exercise and a little patience, Douglas will make an amazing companion for an active family.
